Na reaugmentaci jsem sla po 13.letech z důvodu prasknutí jednoho implantátu. Nejdříve jsem si vybírala operátora, paní doktorka Zarubova byla jasná volba, ma mnoho zkušenosti nejen s plastikou prsu, ale i s onkochirurgii. Navíc mi i na klinice Premier Clinic vyšli vstříc a dali mi termin co nejdříve. Na doporučení paní doktorky jsem vybrala ergonomické prsní implantáty. Jsem moc spokojena, prsa jsou mekka, na pohmat neni nic poznat a vypadají velmi přirozené.

Augmentace poprsí v Premiér Clinic
Již delší dobu jsem nad augmentací přemýšlela a rozhodla jsem se pro MUDr. Lucii Zárubovou na Premier Clinic v Praze. Výsledek je skvělý a to i díky implantátům 360 ml, demi profil, vypadají přirozeně. Všem mohu vřele doporučit, přístup paní doktorky nemá chybu, je úžasná a lidská.

Zdravím ženy! Nejprve na začátku chci všem říct jednu radu - nepodceňujte výběr operatéra a následně kliniky. Je to půlka cesty k dokonalému dekoltu. Než jsem vybrala, trvalo mi to skoro 2 roky. Ale nelituji ani času ani peněz, co jsem do výběru investovala. Můj výběr byl naprosto úžasná žena a hlavně člověk, v mých očích největší odborník na dekolty paní doktorka Lucie Zárubová z Premier Clinic. K tomu mi hodně napomohla boží Kateřina z motivaimplantaty.cz . Původní vzhled mých prsou nebyl až tak špatný, s mírnou asymetrii, kterou má každá žena. Nicméně touha po plném dekoltu byla silnější. Ve spolupráci s dámy Kateřinou a Lucii ten dekolt konečně mám! Nechci opomenout na personál z Premier Clinic. Začínaje recepcí, sestřičkami, doktory a konče uklízečkou (úsměv od ucha k uchu), všichni jsou naprosto profesionálové a lidi na správném místě. Touto cestou chci poděkovat za vše!!! Měla jsem velikost 75D (s vystuží, kosticemi apod.) . Modelace proběhla přes dvorec, implantáty byly vložené řezem pod prsní rýhou a vložený pod prsní žlázu. Implantáty Motiva Ergonomix Round 315ml a 335ml kvůli zmiňované asymetrii. Aktuální velikost zatím nevím, těším se na nákup nového prádla. První foto 3 týdny po operaci, druhé foto 8 týdnu po operaci. Všem přeji správný výběr a hlavně byt spokojený sám se sebou :).

Maximální spokojenost, která předčila očekávání! Implantáty 320ml pod sval a paní doktorka Lucie Zárubová, nejlepší kombinace! Operace proběhla na Premiér Clinic, kde jsem byla opravdu spokojena.

O augmentaci jsem přemýšlela roky, neboť jsem měla vel. prsou č. 0 ?. Po několika návštěvách na různých klinikách jsem se rozhodla pro MUDr. Lucii Zárubovou na Premier Clinic v Praze a s výsledkem jsem nadmíru spokojená. Konečně mám prsa ??. Výsledek je skvělý a to i díky ergonomickým implantátům 360 ml, kdy prsa vypadají přirozeně. Zpočátku mě tedy dost trápily modřiny, sice nebolely, ale vypadalo to příšerně, ale byla jsem ujištěna, že je vše v pořádku ( foto přikládám ). After many years of decision-making, I underwent augmentation on November 8, 2019, at Premier Clinic in Prague. I can only recommend the clinic; the friendly, professional approach from every side, top-notch facilities, and the best experts. I was operated on by MUDr. Igor Slaninka Ph.D. The doctor has golden hands, is very nice, and can provide professional advice. For my figure and the desired natural result, we chose 320 demi implants. I am 160 cm tall, weigh 52 kg, and am 30 years old; the result is very natural, and I am extremely satisfied. Two months post-surgery, everything has healed beautifully, my breasts have significantly softened, the scars are minimal and placed perfectly in the inframammary fold. Everything went smoothly without complications, and I only regret that I did not have the procedure done much sooner. The visualization directly in Motiva and the kind, human approach of Ms. Hubálková, who is top-notch in her work and a person in the right place, greatly helped me in my final decision. I didn't even consider another brand of implants; Motiva is unquestionably the best on the market, and I believe we will live wonderfully together 🙂

Procedure - upper eyelid surgery with fat grafting and lower eyelid transconjunctival approach under general anesthesia - performed by Dr. Martin Chorvát. Healing occurred quickly and without complications, swelling and bruising disappeared within a few days. I had no pain after the surgery. Only a few days post-procedure, the area occasionally felt slightly sore.

Dr. Chorvát is very professional, dedicating himself fully to the patient. He carefully considers how to perform the procedure to achieve the best possible result. His approach is humane, patiently explaining everything and answering all questions with understanding.

Před 14 dny jsem podstoupila augmentaci prsou u paní doktorky Zárubové, která odvedla skvělou práci jako i celý tým na Premier Clinic. Dlouho jsem s rozhodnutím váhala, ale po 2 dětech jsem sama se sebou nebyla spokojená a teď rozhodnutí opravdu nelituji. Po konzultaci s paní doktorkou jsem se rozhodla pro implantáty Demi profil 340 ml pod sval a výsledek je krásný. První 4 dny po operaci byly velice bolestivé, ale naštěstí to nejhorší přešlo a nyní cítím bolest jen výjimečně. Hojení bude trvat ještě delší dobu, ale už teď se těším na nákup nového prádla :-).

O prsou jsem už uvažovala delší dobu a jelikož jsem zhubla a začala cvičit,tak první co šlo dolů,byly prsa. Můj sen, který předčil i očekávání.
Taková nádherná prsa, jsem si opravdu nedokázala ani představit. Naprosto profesionální, lidský přístup paní dokroky i personálu. Výběr implantátu jsem měla předem vybraný, ale velikost jsem přenechala převážně na paní doktorce. Trochu jsem se bála, jestli to nebude moc, ale paní doktorka to má opravdu v oku a výsledek je více než skvělý!

Byla to má první operace, takže jisté obavy zde byly, ale po pár minutách na čekacím lůžku to ze mne opadlo. Kombinace příjemného prostředí a ochotných sestřiček dokáže setřást strach opravdu z každého 🙂

I am exactly 5 weeks post-Bodyjet liposuction (abdomen, hips, inner thighs, and knees), which I underwent with Dr. Martin Chorvat at Premier Clinic. I am extremely satisfied with the results; I was particularly troubled by my abdomen, which is now flat and slim. The doctor dedicated himself to my personal consultation 100% and recommended Apolex in addition to the Bodyjet method. Před více jak 5 týdny jsem podstoupila augmentaci mých vykojených jedniček u paní doktorky Zárubové v Premier Clinic. Moje hlavní přání bylo ,,přirozená prsa". Nešlo mi tolik o zvětšení, jako o navrácení objemu do mých prsou. Nejdříve jsme s paní doktorkou vybraly 245 ml Motiva Ergonomix profil Demi. Do měsíce od konzultace jsem měla mít termín zákroku. Velikost mi ale stále vrtala hlavou, aby nakonec nebyla prsa moc malá. Před odchodem na operační sál jsme se domluvily na velikosti 285 ml. Já se trochu bála, aby to nebylo už moc, ale paní doktorka mě ujišťovala, že to bude super a měla pravdu! S výsledkem jsem naprosto spokojená a moje přání ,,přirozeného vzhledu" bylo splněno. Jsem ráda, že jsem dala na názor paní doktorky. Jizvy jsem měla mít, dle doporučení paní doktorky zalepené, dokud se náplasti sami neslouply. Slouply se po 5 týdnech a nemohla jsem uvěřit, jak jsou jizvy krásně zahojené a velmi nenápadné. Už se nemůžu dočkat výběru nové podprsenky, která konečně nebude muset být nepříjemně vycpaná a plavek, ve kterých se nebudu muset stydět.

Before my own abdominoplasty, I underwent several consultations with different plastic surgeons. Even at this stage, Dr. Slaninka impressed me with his approach – human, calm, professional, without rushing and without the feeling that it was just about the money. Based on the above, I decided to have the procedure performed by this doctor – abdominoplasty including the stitching of the diastasis of the abdominal muscles. I was lucky, and the surgery was scheduled for about a week after the consultation, so there wasn't much time for fear and decision-making. Fortunately, the surgery went without complications, and I was discharged home the day after the operation. The postoperative pain was not significant. The following several check-ups took place in the same spirit as the initial consultation – very pleasant, human, and calm approach with the feeling that the doctor genuinely cares about me and my case. At the same time, I would like to thank the doctor for everything and wish him many more successful procedures and satisfied clients in the future. Today marks about 2 months since the surgery. The first month and a half, my abdomen was quite swollen, and it was essential to continuously wear a compression belt (which, in hindsight, is probably the worst part of the entire procedure). It is still slightly swollen, but I already consider the result, including the "nice, thin" scar hidden under my underwear, to be very good. Zvětšení vykojených prsou na drobné postavě
Koncem června jsem podstoupila zvětšení prsou u MUDr. Lucie Zárubové v Premier Clinic. Paní doktorka je opravdový profesionál s velmi lidským přístupem. Protože jsem chtěla krásná, přirozená prsa, domluvily jsme se na zvětšení mých vykojených jedniček implantáty 340 ml, Demi profil a výsledkem jsem naprosto nadšená! Mám prsa přesně taková, jaká jsem vždy chtěla. Nyní vel. 2/3. K mé drobné postavě (160 cm, 52 kg) ideál. 🙂

I wanted to have my upper eyelids done, and I was recommended to Dr. Slaninka. I do not regret following this recommendation. I did not expect such a result. I am extremely satisfied.

Alles super, hatte eine Vergrößerung mit kleiner Straffung. Dr. Payer ist sehr kompetent und nett und spricht zudem richtig gut Deutsch. Alles war super, auch die Klinik ist sehr schön.

Ich war bei Dr. Payer. Ich habe bei ihm eine Fettabsaugung durchführen lassen und das Ergebnis ist einfach der Wahnsinn. Bevor ich bei ihm war da hatte ich eine riesige Fettschürze am Bauch. Die habe ich schon seit meiner Teenagerzeit und die ist auch nie weggegangen. ich denke mal das ist irgendwas erblich bedingtes. Egal was ich versucht habe es hat nicht funktioniert. und ich habe so viele Sit Ups gemacht das ich die nicht mal zählen kann. Soviele straffende Cremes gekauft das ich wahrscheinlich davon einen Teil meiner Schönheits-Op bezahlen hätte können. Meine Bemühungen haben mir schon was gebracht. Mein Hintern, meine Beine und Arme waren straff und schlank aber nciht mein Bauch. Und das hat mich wahnsinnig gemacht. Darum habe ich auch schon lange über eine Fettabsaugung nachgedacht. Aber ihr alle hier wisst ja was sowas kostet. Und ich bin jetzt nicht unbedingt jemand der so eine OP aus der Portokasse zahlen kann. ich hatte mir zwar schon ein bisschen was angespart aber das hätte nie und nimmer für eine OP in Deutschland gereicht. Wie bin ich also auf Dr. Payer gekommen? Ich bin schon länger in verschiedenen Foren unterwegs habe aber nie selbst was verfasst sondern mich nur durch die Themen die mich interessierten durchgelesen. Und dabei bin ich zufällig auf den Arzt gestoßen. Und als ich ihn erst mal gefunden habe war ich überrascht wie viele Leute über ihn schreiben und noch mehr als ich sah das die Erfahrungsberichte durchwegs positiv waren. Da habe ich mal auf der Website der Agentur gesurft die an ihn vermittelt. XXXXXXXXXX Endlich würde ich eine Fettabsaugung bekommen. Trotzdem war ich ohne Ende aufgeregt. Ist ja doch ein großer Eingriff. Und ich war so kurz davor es endlich durchzuziehen nachdem ich so viele Jahre mit dem Gedanken gespielt habe. ich bin am Bahnhof von einem Mitarbeiter der Agentur aufgelesen worden. Der hat mich dann zum Hotel gebracht das übrigens auch sehr schön war und wenig später dann zum Beratungsgespräch. Dr. Payer ist ein wirklich lieber Arzt und spricht vor allem sehr gut Deutsch. Ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt bei ihm. Er hat mir alles also die gesamte OP genau erklärt und mich anschließend untersucht. Dann hat er gemeint meiner Fettabsaugung am nächsten Tag stehe nichts mehr im Wege. Und ich habe nur gesagt: Dann komme ich morgen wieder. Er hat dann gelacht und gemeint, das ich schon mal von meiner Bauchschürze Abschied nehmen sollte. Das habe ich natürlich nur zu gern gemacht.
Am nächsten Tag war es dann endlich soweit. Ich wurde wieder in die Klinik gebracht und dort von den Schwestern für die OP vorbereitet. Dann kam auch schon Dr. Payer udn fragte mich ob ich bereit wäre. Und ich war mehr als bereit. Der Narkosearzt hat mich dann in einen traumlosen Schlaf versetzt und als ich aufwachte hatte ich einen Verband um den Bauch rum. Es hat mich halb wahnsinnig gemacht nicht gleich sehen zu können wie mein Bauch jetzt aussah. Mir kam es vor wie eine Ewigkeit bis Dr. Payer endlich zur Visite kam. Er erklärte mir das ich nicht erschrecken sollte. ich würde vielleicht ein paar blaue Flecken habe und vielleicht noch ein bisschen geschwollen sein. Aber das würde alles nach ein paar Tagen oder Wochen weggehen. Ich blieb dann noch zwei Tage in der Klinik und da war ich froh darüber. Denn die Zugfahrt nach Hause war nicht gerade angenehm. Die nächsten Tage bin ich viel gelegen und habe geschlafen. Schmerzen hatte ich eigentlich kaum oder das Schmerzmittel das ich bekommen hatte war so gut. Meine OP ist jetzt drei Monate her und Dr. Payer hat recht behalten. Ich habe keine blauen Flecke mehr und endlich den Bauch von dem ich immer geträumt habe. Also ich kann jedem nur raten zu ihm zu gehen...

1 year ago I have my breasts enlargement by dr. Juray Payer. He was recommended to me by a very good friend here in Switzerland.
The first step was a Skypecall with him. He explained the procedure to me and answered all questions. Until the surgery, I still had some questions which Eva Baranovicova and Dr. med. Payer were answered.

Moje prsa jsou ještě hezčí nez jsem si kdy představovala. Z mych osklivych prsou 80F vykouzlila krásná C, za to patří pani doktorce veliké poděkování, splnila mi muj velky sen.
Vše probíhalo bez komplikací.
Všichni na klinice byly moc milý a ochotný.

Two weeks ago, I had lip fillers, Zn.Teosyal, 1 ml in the upper lip and about 2 injections in the lower lip by Dr. Jana Votrubová at Premier Clinic. The doctor is very sensitive, gentle, and pleasant. The procedure was less painful than I had imagined. Below, I have attached photos: before, after the application, after 7 days, and now. On Thursday, I underwent augmentation at the Premier Clinic in Prague. I was operated on by Dr. Zárubová; her exceptional demeanor calmed me so much that everything went smoothly, and I went home satisfied the next day. We chose 300ml round Motiva implants with a medium profile. It takes peace and time, and the recovery will go smoothly.

Prsa jsem skoro žádná nikdy neměla a jelikož hodně sportuji, tak jsme vybraly implantáty Motiva Ergonimix. Konkrétně mám 300 ml pod svalem.
Přístup paní doktorky, sestriček a vlastně všech na klinice můžu jen vychvalit a doporučit dále!
Přikládám foto ze dne operace a po 6 týdnech. Prsa si pořád ještě sedaji a pomalu měknou , ale aspoň pro představu 😉
