clinic can be paid for using several payment methods:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>in cash<\/li>\n<li>by bank transfer: account no.: 9561162\/0800 held at \u010cesk\u00e1 spo\u0159itelna a.s.<\/li>\n<li>by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, and Maestro)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Consultation Fees<\/h2>\n<p>We believe that a second opinion is important for you, which is why we offer some consultations free of charge. Consultations with a physician are always chargeable.<\/p>\n<h2>Deposit for Treatment and Prepayment of Treatment<\/h2>\n<p>To reserve an appointment, a deposit of 500 CZK (for minor aesthetic procedures) and 10,000 CZK (for plastic surgeries exceeding a cost of 5,000 CZK) is required. By paying the deposit, the appointment becomes binding. The deposit is non-refundable, as it serves to cover personnel and other costs associated with the preparation for the surgery\/procedure. The deposit can be paid in cash\/card at the time of reservation, or within 7 days of the appointment by bank transfer.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of prepaid services (e.g., discounted service packages, prepaid discounted treatments, top-up credit on loyalty cards, prepayment for treatment, discounts for prepayment of procedures\/surgeries), refunds are not possible for any reason (except for serious health reasons with a doctor&#8217;s certification). In these cases, only the transfer of the specified amount is possible \u2013 topping up the credit on the loyalty card. A serious health reason is defined as a reason that prevents safe execution of the procedure even by rescheduling the appointment \u2013 therefore, mild illnesses, short-term sickness, COVID-19, and illnesses that can be treated with medication and time do not qualify as health reasons.<\/p>\n<h2>Price of Procedure\/Surgery<\/h2>\n<p>100% of the price of the procedure\/surgery must be paid before the start of the operation. Thus, the price of the procedure\/surgery is due:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>no later than on the day of the operation in cash<\/li>\n<li>at the latest 2 working days before the scheduled operation\/procedure via bank transfer to account no.: 4762117369\/0800 held at \u010cesk\u00e1 spo\u0159itelna a.s.<\/li>\n<li>by credit card on the day of the procedure\/surgery (please ensure that you have an authorized sufficient limit for card payments equal to the cost of the surgery before making the payment by card)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedure\/Surgery on Installments<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do you need treatment that cannot be postponed, but your financial situation does not allow you to undergo this treatment? You now have the option to take out a loan for medical care.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Benefits of the loan:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>no increase during the summer promotion with a 0% interest rate for up to 12 months<\/li>\n<li>30% necessary down payment<\/li>\n<li>the loan is subject to approval by Essox<\/li>\n<li>we will handle everything for you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Where to apply for a loan?<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Email us at info@premier-clinic.cz and we will handle everything for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Change of Procedure\/Surgery Date<\/h2>\n<p>Minor dermatology\/gynecology\/preventive medicine procedures can be changed without a fee. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to cancel\/reschedule your reservation at least 7 days before the planned procedure.<\/p>\n<p>Plastic surgery procedures, or procedures costing more than 5,000 CZK, can be canceled according to the following fees:<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>cancellation\/rescheduling of the appointment 30 or more days before the procedure:<\/td>\n<td>fee of 50% of the paid deposit<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>cancellation\/rescheduling of the appointment less than 30 days before the procedure:<\/td>\n<td>fee of 100% of the paid deposit<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>The specified fee will be deducted from the paid deposit.<\/p>\n<p>Laboratory tests, EKG, and internal examinations must be completed and sent to the email of Premier Clinic <a href=\"mailto:info@premier-clinic.cz\">info@premier-clinic.cz<\/a> within <strong>10 \u2013 21 days before the procedure.<\/strong> Failure to meet this requirement will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the advance invoice amount in the event of contraindications.<\/p>\n<p>Premier Clinic reserves the right not to perform a procedure already booked by a client even after the payment of the reservation fee; this cancellation can occur even on the day of the procedure. The client acknowledges that in the event of a cancellation of the procedure by Premier Clinic, the client is not entitled to reimbursement for travel or other expenses incurred in traveling to the provider Premier Clinic.<\/p>\n<h2>Discounts and Other Discounted Service Packages<\/h2>\n<p>Discounts cannot be combined; these discounts cannot be combined\/apply to already discounted services\/discounted service packages\/gift and other discount vouchers.<\/p>\n<p>The validity of gift vouchers is always a maximum of 12 months from the date of issue. For vouchers with a shorter validity period, the validity date is stated on the issued voucher.<\/p>\n<h2>Complaint Resolution<\/h2>\n<p>Complaints can be submitted in writing via the form at the reception of our clinic.
