For all invasive procedures, we strive to minimise incisions – with breast augmentation using your own fat, you will be left completely scar-free.

About the procedure

What is breast autoaugmentation?

Are you not entirely happy with your figure and bust size, but do you take issue with the term ‘silicone beauty’? It is also possible to adjust the shape and size of your breasts using your own fat harvested from another part of your body – so-called breast autoaugmentation creates more flattering curves naturally and without scars.

If you’d like to increase your bust size by just one cup size and have enough fat to draw from elsewhere on your body, autologous breast augmentation is the ideal solution for you. This way, you’ll enhance several areas of your body at once – increasing your bust size whilst getting rid of excess fat on your tummy or thighs. If you have a slim figure and do not have enough fat to harvest, traditional breast implants will need to be used for the augmentation.

How is a breast auto-augmentation procedure carried out?

Breast augmentation using the patient’s own fat may seem complicated at first glance, but in reality it is the simplest, most natural and least risky way to give the breasts the desired volume.

1. Suitability assessment – in addition to ruling out the usual contraindications (pregnancy, breastfeeding, current medical conditions, severe nicotine dependence), there must be a sufficient amount of fat on the body to be harvested.

2. Pre-operative examinations – all necessary examinations are carried out prior to the procedure itself.

3. Fat extraction and processing – during the operation, fat is extracted from a pre-determined area (liposuction) and immediately processed so that it can become new living tissue in the breasts – only viable cells are separated from it. These are injected into the breasts, which will thus increase in size by approximately one cup size. The entire operation lasts 3 hours under general anaesthesia.

4. Result – you will notice the result immediately upon waking: your breasts will be larger, whilst your stomach or thighs (or part of your buttocks) will be smaller.

Cost of breast autoaugmentation

Although two procedures (liposuction and breast augmentation) are carried out at the same time as part of breast autoaugmentation, the cost is not double. Indicative price list:

  • Breast fat transfer with liposuction of 1 area – from 62,800 CZK
  • Breast fat transfer with liposuction of 2 areas – from 74,800 CZK
  • Breast fat transfer with liposuction of 3 areas – from 86,800 CZK
  • Breast fat transfer with liposuction of 4 areas – from 98,800 CZK

We will determine the exact price for you during a consultation, based on the extent of the liposuction and the chosen procedure.

Recovery after the procedure

Compared with augmentation using implants, autoaugmentation has one huge advantage: the body accepts its own cells, rather than something foreign. This rules out any allergic reaction, as well as any unwanted displacement or rupture of the implant, whether immediately after the operation or at any later stage.

Post-operative care is therefore considerably simpler and recovery is quicker. As early as the second day after the procedure, patients are usually discharged to recover at home and can go about their daily lives with virtually no significant restrictions. However, during the first few days, it is necessary to:

  • avoid physically demanding work or sport
  • avoid wearing bras with padding or underwires (it is better to wear a sports bra)
  • try to sleep on your back or side

What is the difference between auto-augmentation and augmentation using implants?

Implants are usually made of silicone, which is a foreign material. Your own fat is your body’s tissue, which the body accepts without any problems; however, only a limited amount can be injected so as not to impede its blood supply – if the layer were too thick, it would die off. This is precisely why enlargement is only possible by one cup size. However, there is also an advantage to this: even with silicone implants, it is not recommended to enlarge the bust excessively, as this looks unnatural and can lead to problems with posture.

Are the results of breast autoaugmentation permanent?

The body’s own fat tends to be reabsorbed, so some of the new volume (up to 50 per cent) may be lost over the years. However, there is nothing to prevent the procedure from being repeated in the future.

Are there any risks or complications associated with breast autoaugmentation?

Given the properties of the implanted material, the risks are the same as with any other operation – minimal for a healthy person who has undergone a thorough medical examination. The breasts will be swollen after the procedure and may feel a little sore, but everything will return to normal relatively quickly.

What is lipografting?

Lipografting, also known as lipofilling, involves injecting the patient’s own fat into the required areas. As well as addressing small breasts, it can also be used to correct a lack of volume in the buttocks. It can also be used as a lip filler, to conceal scars or to smooth out wrinkles.
