Breast implants

Unsatisfactory breast size or asymmetry are often a source of insecurity and dissatisfaction with one’s own body. The insertion of silicone implants is a tried-and-tested solution with which we have extensive experience – we carry out hundreds of breast augmentation procedures every year.

Thanks to modern technology, implants now look and feel completely natural. Furthermore, we are the only clinic in Prague to offer 3D breast modelling, which gives you a clear idea of the final shape in advance.

Certified silicone gel implants have a consistency similar to that of breast tissue. They are hygienic, safe and durable.

We use either round or anatomical, teardrop-shaped implants – always based on a consultation, the client’s preferences and body proportions, to ensure the result is as natural as possible. We offer implants from the following brands: MOTIVA, POLYTECH, NAGOR, MENTOR and B-LITE.

The procedure is always planned in consultation with the attending doctor, tailored precisely to the patient’s individual needs, whether these involve improving appearance, boosting self-confidence or restoring a youthful appearance to the breasts.

The operation is preceded by a face-to-face consultation and pre-operative examinations, as the procedure is carried out under general anaesthesia.

The operation itself lasts 1–1.5 hours. The surgeon makes incisions approximately 4 cm long beneath the breasts, through which the implants are inserted beneath the breast gland or muscle. Drains are inserted into the operated area to aid healing, and the incision is sutured with absorbable sutures.

This is followed by a hospital stay of 1–2 days. After a check-up and the removal of the drains, you will be discharged to recover at home, following the doctor’s instructions.

At Premier Clinic, we use only premium equipment. We are the only clinic in the Czech Republic to use unique German anaesthesia units, which enable fully digital administration of anaesthesia.

All our anaesthesia is administered using ‘low-flow’ anaesthesia with premium anaesthetic gas – this makes recovery easier and virtually eliminates side effects.

We recommend stopping any blood-thinning medication, including those containing acetylsalicylic acid, approximately three weeks before the procedure, as these could increase the risk of bleeding both during and after the procedure. It is also advisable to cut down on smoking, as this slows down the healing process.

You must rest for the first few days after the procedure; avoid physical exertion and heavy lifting for 2–3 weeks, and sleep only on your back.

You should wear a compression bra continuously for 6–8 weeks. You can return to work after 10 days if you have an office job; for more physically demanding roles, wait 2–3 weeks. Wait approximately 2 months after the operation before resuming sporting activities.

Breast implants made from high-quality materials give the bust a fuller shape and a more attractive appearance. Following the procedure, we recommend a regular check-up once a year.
