Liposuction of the buttocks is performed under local anaesthesia using a tumescent solution containing an anaesthetic and adrenaline to reduce bleeding and swelling.

Using special, fine cannulas connected to a suction device, we remove excess fat and sculpt the buttocks into the desired shape.

We offer several liposuction methods – classic tumescent liposuction, as well as laser liposuction (using a German 980 nm laser), vibration liposuction with gentle cannula vibrations, or radiofrequency liposuction.

Laser liposuction also stimulates the production of collagen fibres to firm the skin. The entire procedure takes approximately 2 hours, after which you will be fitted with special compression garments and sent home with detailed instructions.

We recommend resting for the first 24 hours and waiting until the following day before showering. You should wear the compression garments every day for 2–6 weeks, removing them only for personal hygiene.

During the first few days, tumescent fluid may leak from the incisions; this is a normal reaction. The treated area may show signs of redness, slight swelling or bruising, which will disappear within a few days.

We recommend drinking plenty of fluids, applying a healing ointment as directed by your doctor, and avoiding saunas, sunbeds and swimming pools for one month.

Strenuous physical activity is also not recommended for the first 7 days. For traditional liposuction, we recommend a gentle massage with wooden rollers for 30 minutes a day for 14 days to smooth out any unevenness.

You will have your first check-up with us in a week’s time, followed by a second one a month later to monitor healing. You will see preliminary results after 2 weeks and the final results after 2 months, once all the swelling has subsided.
