Breast surgery is a standard operation and therefore involves the usual pre-operative routine – blood tests and examinations by an anaesthetist and other specialists.

The procedure itself is carried out under general anaesthesia and lasts approximately two hours.

There are generally various approaches to breast reshaping or augmentation, and different incisions and techniques can be chosen depending on the specific situation and the desired outcome.

Our method, known as the Premier Lift, is unique in that the incision is made around the client’s areola, leaving no visible scars, whilst being suitable for virtually all situations.

Once the incision has been made, an implant may be inserted, or the desired breast shape can be achieved without implants.

In this case, the areola is simply repositioned higher up and any excess, sagging skin is removed; if a breast reduction is carried out at the same time, tissue is also removed.

You should expect to spend one day in hospital following the operation.

You will then recover at home, which involves rest (you will be on sick leave), wearing an elastic bandage or, where necessary, an elastic bra, and lying only on your back.

Physical activity, particularly bending forwards, will be prohibited for at least the first week.

You are very likely to experience pain or tightness at the surgical site, and swelling or bruising may occur. However, all these discomforts will subside within three weeks.

The price for breast contouring includes all pre-operative examinations, including mammography and ultrasound scans of the breasts. The price is significantly affected if the contouring is combined with breast augmentation using implants.
