Laser rejuvenation is an outpatient procedure lasting approximately 30 minutes, which is carried out without the need for anaesthesia.

Preparation and commencement – The session begins with a brief consultation and an explanation of the procedure. For more sensitive patients, we can use numbing creams to enhance their comfort.

Laser application – We insert a special, very narrow CO₂ laser tip into the vaginal cavity; this is specifically designed for gynaecological treatments, including laser treatment for incontinence. The laser is equipped with a fractional mode to minimise damage to surrounding tissues.

Laser treatment – The laser beam stimulates the synthesis of new collagen and elastin fibres by converting light energy into heat. Gentle pulses help to regenerate new tissue.

Completion of the procedure – The penetration of light into the deeper layers of the mucous membrane causes the vaginal connective tissue fibres to contract, increasing elasticity and resulting in vaginal tightening. After the procedure, the patient returns home without any discomfort.

The first 5 days – We recommend avoiding sexual intercourse, swimming in a pool or bath, and visits to sunbeds. You may shower without restriction.

Long-term healing – The effect is visible straight away, but the full result becomes apparent over the course of 2–3 months, as collagen cells continue to grow and the tissue becomes fully firmed.

Aftercare – After 5 days, there are no restrictions whatsoever. For maximum effect, the treatment can be repeated up to 3 times, with one-month intervals between each session.

Follow-up appointments – We recommend a follow-up examination one month after the procedure to assess the results and, if necessary, plan further treatment.

No scarring occurs throughout the entire healing process, and no side effects have been reported. Vaginal rejuvenation does not significantly alter the overall appearance of the vagina – in such cases, the procedure should be combined with labial rejuvenation, or a more advanced female genital contouring procedure should be chosen from the outset.
