Premier Smile, led by MDDr. Margaréta Krištoff, is the Dentistry department of the Premier Clinic for aesthetic medicine. Premier Clinic is a premium private healthcare facility located on Jungmannova Street in Prague, covering more than 800 m2. The clinic was established based on the architectural design of the renowned Czech architect Jaromír Pizinger. We have state-of-the-art technical equipment, including 2 high-tech operating rooms and 1 procedure room with the option of gentle low-flow anesthesia. We can detect maximum tooth movement as one of the few facilities in Prague thanks to the CB CT device.

Fixed braces are a traditional form of orthodontic treatment. They consist of metal wires and components that are attached to the surface of the teeth. This type of braces provides solid and effective correction of dental defects.

During your treatment, you will come to us for check-ups, but we also use a mobile application that will reduce the number of your visits to us.
We offer the option to purchase braces in installments starting from 496 CZK per month. Prices are final and include all fees.

During the first visit, a non-binding consultation with the doctor will take place, during which we will perform a scan of your teeth. From this scan, we will obtain a 3D model of your dentition, show you the expected result, and propose a treatment plan. You will be able to discuss the challenges of the treatment with the treating physician, ask questions, and familiarize yourself with the cost of the proposed method. Because we are not limited to the application of invisible braces only, but in the case of more serious defects, we also use fixed brackets, we are able to effectively address the entire spectrum of dental defects.
If you are interested, the doctor must perform additional X-rays or possibly CBCT images and individually finalize your treatment plan. After paying the deposit invoice, your braces are manufactured using 3D printing (in the case of invisible braces) or we will schedule the application of fixed braces.
After approximately 30 days, we will apply the given braces, show you how to care for them, and together we will plan follow-up visits during which we will monitor the progress of your treatment. A new feature is the ability to monitor the progress of treatment with invisible braces using an app, which means that a large part of the regular check-ups at our clinic is eliminated.
Braces are usually worn for a period of 6 months to 3 years, depending on the complexity of the defect being addressed. Throughout this period, we carefully monitor the progress of the treatment and adjust it if necessary to ensure the best possible outcome.
