After the treatment of varicose vein removal by sclerotherapy, it is recommended to wear elastic bandages or compression stockings to prevent blood from returning to the vein and causing it to bulge again.
The final effect of the removal of varicose veins by sclerotherapy depends on the correct compression action (tightening), so it is very important to follow the instructions of the attending physician for at least one month and to wear the compression bandage or stockings for the entire period, with the exception of personal hygiene.
