The advantages of vibration liposuction, when compared to classic liposuction, mainly include a reduction in the time necessary for post-surgery hospitalisation and lengthy recovery, minimal burden on the organism, preventing the formation of uneven spots on the body and the absence of damage to surrounding tissues.
Vibrational liposuction can be effectively combined with laser liposuction, which is performed at our clinic by means of a German liposuction laser with a wavelength of 980 nm. Laser liposuction in combination with vibration liposuction will increase the effect of the procedure, stretch the subcutaneous skin after the liposuction and further eliminate any uneven spots.
Vibration liposuction is a mini-invasive procedure, which is performed either as an outpatient procedure by local anaesthesia, where just one area is treated or in the case of large-scale treatment (of several areas) the procedure is performed with general anaesthesia or analgo-sedation. The main principle of the vibration liposuction method is to suck out excess fat through vibrating liposuction cannulas by means of a dense network of tiny holes with a gentle oscillatory motion in the 0.5-5 mm range, which suck out the fatty layer without damaging the surrounding tissue. Vibration force can be adjusted as needed. After the procedure, entry points for insertion of cannulas are covered with patches and the patient can go home wearing special elastic underwear.
Vibration liposuction is done in combination with tumescence – a predetermined area is infused with a special tumescent solution, which has the ability to dissolve subcutaneous fat cells and which contains a substance for blood vessel shrinking in order to reduce bleeding, together with anaesthetic for desensitisation, so that vibration liposuction is painless. Vibration-assisted liposuction can also be used to stretch the skin area, which was treated by laser liposuction. This is why vibration liposuction is commonly combined with laser liposuction. We can use liposuction technologies with a German liposuction laser with a wavelength of 980 nm, we have this available at our clinic.
The duration is 1-1.5 hours depending on the size of the area to be treated.

Vibration liposuction is only suitable for healthy patients! Moreover, it has other limitations, when it cannot be performed:
Inflammation, viral infection and bacterial infections
Tumour diseases
Epilepsy, diabetes
High blood pressure
Pregnancy, breastfeeding
Blood-clotting disorder
Cardiac and vascular disorders
It’s necessary to discontinue blood thinners and drugs containing acetylsalicylic acid at least 14 days before the procedure. Tell your doctor about all health problems and all medications that you use, in order to avoid unnecessary subsequent problems.
Vibrational liposuction is relatively well tolerated, the treated areas may be red, and swelling and bruises may appear at the injection spots, which will disappear within a few days. Hospitalisation is unnecessary in the case of outpatient treatment with local anaesthetics; engaging in normal life is possible almost immediately, but we recommend that you only participate in easy activities for at least 3 days and it isn’t advisable to expose your body to direct sunlight or to visit a tanning salon due to the possibility of formation of unsightly pigmentations.
Hospitalisation for one day is always required after general anaesthesia. Convalescence for approximately 14 days is standard, during which you need to wear special air-permeable elastic underwear, even overnight. You should drink sufficient amount of liquids in order to achieve a better and faster result.
Vibration liposuction efficiently removes unwanted fat deposits from the body.
