The most suitable time is one year after giving birth if you do not intend to breastfeed. If you plan to breastfeed, then breast augmentation is recommended one year after it has ended.
Complications are very rare due to modern surgical techniques and gentle anesthesia. Naturally, they cannot be completely ruled out. Nausea after anesthesia or allergic reactions to medications may occur. Infections are rare. Hematomas are common, but they will disappear within a short period.
