Before my own abdominoplasty, I underwent several consultations with different plastic surgeons. Even at this stage, Dr. Slaninka impressed me with his approach – human, calm, professional, without rushing and without the feeling that it was just about the money. Based on the above, I decided to have the procedure performed by this doctor – abdominoplasty including the stitching of the diastasis of the abdominal muscles. I was lucky, and the surgery was scheduled for about a week after the consultation, so there wasn't much time for fear and decision-making. Fortunately, the surgery went without complications, and I was discharged home the day after the operation. The postoperative pain was not significant. The following several check-ups took place in the same spirit as the initial consultation – very pleasant, human, and calm approach with the feeling that the doctor genuinely cares about me and my case. At the same time, I would like to thank the doctor for everything and wish him many more successful procedures and satisfied clients in the future. Today marks about 2 months since the surgery. The first month and a half, my abdomen was quite swollen, and it was essential to continuously wear a compression belt (which, in hindsight, is probably the worst part of the entire procedure). It is still slightly swollen, but I already consider the result, including the "nice, thin" scar hidden under my underwear, to be very good.
