Ich war bei Dr. Payer. Ich habe bei ihm eine Fettabsaugung durchführen lassen und das Ergebnis ist einfach der Wahnsinn. Bevor ich bei ihm war da hatte ich eine riesige Fettschürze am Bauch. Soviele straffende Cremes gekauft das ich wahrscheinlich davon einen Teil meiner Schönheits-Op bezahlen hätte können. Meine Bemühungen haben mir schon was gebracht. Mein Hintern, meine Beine und Arme waren straff und schlank aber nciht mein Bauch. Und das hat mich wahnsinnig gemacht. Darum habe ich auch schon lange über eine Fettabsaugung nachgedacht. Dann hat er gemeint meiner Fettabsaugung am nächsten Tag stehe nichts mehr im Wege. Und ich habe nur gesagt: Dann komme ich morgen wieder. Er hat dann gelacht und gemeint, das ich schon mal von meiner Bauchschürze Abschied nehmen sollte. Das habe ich natürlich nur zu gern gemacht.
Am nächsten Tag war es dann endlich soweit. Ich wurde wieder in die Klinik gebracht und dort von den Schwestern für die OP vorbereitet. Dann kam auch schon Dr. Payer udn fragte mich ob ich bereit wäre. Und ich war mehr als bereit. Der Narkosearzt hat mich dann in einen traumlosen Schlaf versetzt und als ich aufwachte hatte ich einen Verband um den Bauch rum. Es hat mich halb wahnsinnig gemacht nicht gleich sehen zu können wie mein Bauch jetzt aussah. Mir kam es vor wie eine Ewigkeit bis Dr. Payer endlich zur Visite kam. Er erklärte mir das ich nicht erschrecken sollte. ich würde vielleicht ein paar blaue Flecken habe und vielleicht noch ein bisschen geschwollen sein. Aber das würde alles nach ein paar Tagen oder Wochen weggehen. Ich blieb dann noch zwei Tage in der Klinik und da war ich froh darüber. Denn die Zugfahrt nach Hause war nicht gerade angenehm. Die nächsten Tage bin ich viel gelegen und habe geschlafen. Schmerzen hatte ich eigentlich kaum oder das Schmerzmittel das ich bekommen hatte war so gut. Meine OP ist jetzt drei Monate her und Dr. Payer hat recht behalten. Ich habe keine blauen Flecke mehr und endlich den Bauch von dem ich immer geträumt habe. Also ich kann jedem nur raten zu ihm zu gehen...

How breast augmentation surgery with artificial implants is performed
An essential part of your journey towards your dream breasts, alongside the surgery itself, is also the consultation and pre-operative assessment. What should you expect from this process?
During the personal consultation, the doctor will discuss the options for the procedure, its course, and consequences with you. They will listen to your wishes and expectations regarding the outcome and evaluate whether you are a suitable candidate for this type of surgery. The surgical procedure will be determined, and appropriate implants will be selected.
Given that the surgery is performed under general anesthesia, we conduct several preoperative examinations. This is a standard series that includes, for example, blood tests. Thanks to these, we ensure a smooth course of the procedure and subsequent rehabilitation.
The surgery lasts approximately 1–1.5 hours. Throughout the procedure, you will be under general anesthesia. The surgeon will make incisions approximately 4 cm long beneath the breasts through which the implants will be inserted. These can be placed either under the breast gland or under the pectoral muscle. In some cases, an incision is made in the axilla for their insertion, or possibly around the nipple-areola complex. However, these are rather exceptional situations conditioned by the desired effect and the body characteristics of the patient.
The surgeon will place drains in the operated area, which will ensure better drainage of blood and tissue secretions in the following 24 hours, aid in faster healing, and prevent the occurrence of inflammation. Finally, the wound will be closed with absorbable material, and you will be fitted with a special supportive bra.
You will then be transferred to the monitoring room, where you will be hospitalized for 1–2 days. After checking and removing the drains, you will be discharged for home recovery. We will provide you with all the necessary information for postoperative care and arrange for a follow-up appointment.
Recovery after silicone implant placement procedure
In the first days after the procedure, it is extremely important to adhere to a period of rest. In the following 2-3 weeks, you should limit physical exertion to a minimum, avoid sports, refrain from lifting heavy objects, and not raise your arms above your head. You should also sleep only on your back. During the 3rd week, you can gradually start returning to your regular daily activities and begin sleeping on your side as well.
As for returning to work, this greatly depends on the nature and demands of your job. For office work, you can return from the 10th day after the surgery; if you perform a more physically demanding profession, wait 2-3 weeks. Similarly, do not rush back into sports activities. Wait approximately 2 months after the surgery before returning to them. We monitor the proper course of recovery during regular check-ups.
A topic in itself is wearing special compression garments. They contribute to the stabilization of implants, accelerate healing, reduce swelling, and alleviate pain. You will receive the compression bra for the first time in the operating room. In the upcoming 6-8 weeks, you will need to wear it 24 hours a day, with the exception of personal hygiene. We recommend continuing to wear it even longer during strenuous activities and sports that involve jolts and intense engagement of the chest muscles. For practical reasons, it is advisable to acquire two of these compression bras.

Silicone implants are permanent, and their replacement is not necessary. That is unless you decide over time to have them removed or conversely to undergo a more significant breast augmentation.
Currently, the most commonly used are anatomical implants, as well as teardrop-shaped implants or classic round ones. The specific type, their shape, size, and surface will be chosen by the plastic surgeon based on a consultation. In selecting these, the surgeon takes into account your individual characteristics as well as your expected outcome.
The volume range is very wide – there are implants from 45 ml to 1000 ml. However, the choice of size is very individual – for some women, for example, 320 ml (an increase of about 2 sizes) may be insufficient, while for others, such an implant may appear too voluminous. It is very difficult to estimate how quickly and whether there will be a significant change in the shape of the breasts. Implants maintain their shape and size over time, but they cannot prevent the natural aging of the skin and loss of its elasticity, sagging of tissues, or fluctuations in your weight.
All these factors are highly individual and are significantly influenced by your genetic predispositions, lifestyle, and skin quality. It can be generalized that over time, the breasts will sag, but not to the same extent as before modeling or augmentation. In most cases, it is then sufficient to undergo a smaller-scale remodeling.
