Facelift and FastLift are aesthetic surgical procedures designed to rejuvenate the face and neck. Both procedures smooth deeper wrinkles, tighten contours, and restore a youthful appearance, but they differ in their extent and invasiveness.
Facelift (classic face lifting)
This is a surgical procedure performed under general anesthesia. The surgeon loosens and tightens the sagging tissues in the deeper layers (SMAS lifting), removes excess skin, and tightens the contours of the lower face and neck. The result is a long-lasting and significant rejuvenation of 10 years or more. The procedure requires several days of recovery.
FastLift (mini lifting)
This is a minimally invasive variant of lifting, suitable for patients with mild to moderately advanced signs of aging. It is performed outpatient under local anesthesia or mild sedation. The intervention is gentler, healing is faster, and scars are minimal. The result is natural and lasts for several years.
Facelift and FastLift are suitable for both women and men who wish to rejuvenate their facial appearance, remove loose skin, deep-set wrinkles, or undefined jawline and neck contours.
Facelift is ideal for patients who:
• Exhibit more pronounced signs of aging (typically 45+ years old),
• Have loose skin in the lower face and neck,
• Are seeking a long-term and visible result,
• Are in good health and willing to undergo recovery.
FastLift is suitable for patients who:
• Have mild to moderately loose skin (approximately 35–50 years old),
• Wish for a gentler procedure with faster healing,
• Prefer an outpatient procedure and natural rejuvenation without significant disruption to their daily life.
The procedure is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, patients with untreated illnesses, or healing disorders.

Permanent results, minimal recovery time, comprehensive facial rejuvenation, natural appearance, visible rejuvenation.
In a classical facelift, the procedure is performed under general anesthesia and usually lasts 2–4 hours. The surgeon makes incisions around the ears, loosens and tightens the deep layers of tissue (SMAS), removes excess skin, and carefully closes the wounds. After the procedure, hospitalization and several days of recovery follow.
FastLift is an outpatient minimally invasive procedure that lasts approximately 1–2 hours and is performed under local anesthesia or mild sedation. The surgeon makes smaller incisions and tightens the loosened tissues with minimal disruption to surrounding structures. Healing is quicker, and the patient can usually return to normal life within a few days.
Before the procedure, it is necessary to undergo a consultation, during which the appropriate type of facelift will be determined. It is recommended to quit smoking and limit alcohol for at least 2 weeks prior to the procedure.
After the procedure, it is necessary to adhere to a rest regimen for 1-2 weeks. Full physical activity is possible after one month. Regular check-ups ensure proper healing.
