An effective, painless procedure without hospitalization and anesthesia.

Laser treatment for incontinence is a new revolutionary method that addresses issues with incontinence (urine leakage). Currently, incontinence is considered a relatively common disorder worldwide, causing unimaginable psychological distress for those affected. The cause of mild to moderate urine leakage (incontinence) in women is often the weakening of the vaginal mucosa, most commonly due to strain – classic vaginal childbirth; however, it is not uncommon for women without children to be affected as well. Other origins of involuntary urine leakage include sedentary occupations, congenital predisposition, aging, and loss of elasticity.
Stress incontinence of mild to moderate severity can be resolved painlessly, easily, and without the need for surgical intervention with the help of a CO2 laser device.
Previously, incontinence issues were only addressed surgically under general anesthesia. This led to prolonged recovery processes, healing problems, and subsequent painful conditions.
With the use of a CO2 laser, anesthesia or general anesthesia is not necessary, bleeding is prevented, and the advantages include quick healing without negative risks and damage to surrounding tissue, as well as reduced strain on the body.
The procedure is outpatient, non-invasive, and highly effective. With the help of a CO2 gynecological laser tip, the laser beam is directed through the vaginal wall to the areas near the urethra and bladder. The laser beam helps stimulate the formation of new surrounding collagen tissue, resulting in reinforcement of the support for the bladder, which then prevents involuntary urine leakage. The procedure takes approximately half an hour, and subsequent activities, whether work-related or social, are not restricted at all. Improvement is evident after the first procedure!

The high-performance and stable CO2 laser pulse allows for precise energy dosing to ensure a high-quality, effective, and above all, safe treatment. Today, it is among the most effective treatments in aesthetic gynecological medicine due to its safety, without the need for surgical interventions, and with the effect of renewing collagen and elastin fibers in the vaginal area. The final result of collagen neogenesis is the reduction and tightening of vaginal mucosa and tissue and the restoration of normal continence function. The procedure can be combined with other aesthetic or gynecological treatments.
- effect already after the first treatment - anti-inflammatory and strengthening effect in the vaginal area - non-surgical procedure without bleeding, no need for antibiotics, analgesics - no need for hospitalization, convalescence, or adverse effects - stimulation of cells for enlargement (hypertrophy) of the vaginal mucosa - comfortable treatment - no side effects have been recorded

The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis, without anesthesia; for more sensitive patients, numbing creams may be used. A very narrow patented CO2 laser tip is introduced into the vaginal area, and the laser beam stimulates the synthesis of new collagen fibers in the vaginal area and urethra, which help to tighten and strengthen the lower part of the bladder.
Approximately 30 minutes after the procedure, the patient leaves without any issues, either to go home or to work.

Each procedure must always be consulted with the attending physician, who will discuss the treatment procedure with you and assess your suitability for the procedure.
To strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, reduce internal pressure on the abdomen, stimulate collagen production in the vaginal wall, and thereby restore blood circulation, elasticity, moisture, and enhance immunity, laser treatment for incontinence is absolutely safe and gentle for the body. However, it is always good to know when the procedure is not appropriate.
The results are visible immediately. Over the course of 1–3 months, collagen cell growth continues. The treatment for incontinence resolves involuntary urine leakage; additionally, the patient achieves enhanced intimacy experience in the sexual area through pelvic floor tightening and increased vaginal lubrication. After the procedure, the immune system in the vagina strengthens, thereby achieving the elimination of yeast microorganisms, vaginal infections, and inflammatory processes of the urinary tract.
We recommend the absence of sexual intercourse for about 5 days and bathing in a tub for 2 days. A suitable follow-up is one month after the procedure. If necessary, the procedure can be repeated.
Every cause has a solution. To avoid discomfort during every sneeze, jump, laugh, or act of love, laser treatment for incontinence with professional care is the right choice for you. If you prefer trauma and restrict yourself, or if you suffer from embarrassment, you are not alone! However, it is more pleasant to solve the problem and live a fulfilling life.
